# Who can see a dashboard I share?

You choose when you publish. There are three settings: anyone with the link, members of your organization who are signed in, or only you. Organization is the default.

The setting is fixed for that link. To change it, revoke the link and publish the dashboard again with the new setting: that makes a new link with a new URL, and the old one stops opening. A dashboard shared with anyone who has the link can be opened by anyone you, or they, send it to, so use it only for data you would share that way. Whoever opens it sees the same snapshot you published.
