Do and don't
Do
- Use the files on this page. Do not redraw or retype the logo.
- Use the ink files on light grounds and the paper files on dark grounds.
- Scale in proportion, and keep the clear space and the minimum size.
- In text, write the name as Emolysis: a capital E, one word. Only the logo sets it in capitals. Set the command line as emo in code font.
- Say that Emolysis is in private development when you describe what it does.
Also don’t
- Split the mark from the wordmark inside the logo, or crop it. Use the mark file instead.
- Write the name in running text as EMOLYSIS, Emo or EMO, or split it into two words.
- Suggest that Emolysis endorses, certifies or partners with you without our agreement.
Use these files to refer to Emolysis in articles, reviews, talks and listings. For anything else, such as merchandise or a product that could be mistaken for ours, write to us first.
Don’tStretch, squash or skew the logo. Don’tRecolor it, tint it or fill it with a gradient. Don’tAdd shadows, glows, outlines or other effects. Don’tRotate it or set it on a slant. Don’tPlace it on a busy photo or pattern. Don’tUse the wrong file for the ground, such as the ink logo on a dark ground.

Emolysis gives people the capabilities of a data engineering and analytics team through a downloadable product.
Underneath is a local-first coding agent for data engineering and analytics, designed for data engineering leads and platform teams who run production data on Databricks, Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric. Most production pipelines follow about ten known shapes, and each shape has a correct form on each platform. Emolysis picks the shape that fits a request, fills a template written for the user's platform, proves the result with golden tests on DuckDB on the user's machine, and only then deploys it as the platform's native unit. The same engine turns a business question into a gold table and a dashboard that can be shared.
Emolysis works with the user's data platform, not around it: development happens on the user's machine, and production runs on the platform, under the user's own account. To write code, the agent sends prompts, which can include table and column names, schemas and sample values, to the AI model provider the user chooses. With a paid plan's model usage instead of the user's own key, prompts pass through Emolysis's metering service, which is designed not to store or log their content. A dashboard leaves the user's machine only when the user publishes it.
