FAQ

Does Emolysis replace my data platform or catalog?

No, Emolysis sits on top of the platform you already run and deploys your platform's native unit, which your team can review and operate.

Answer

No. Emolysis sits on top of the platform you already run. Your production tables, jobs and permissions stay on Databricks, Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric, and your platform's own catalog stays your catalog of record.

Emolysis keeps a small local lakehouse in each project for samples and tests, as a development copy, not a replacement. What it deploys is your platform's native unit, such as a Databricks Asset Bundle, so your platform team can review, run and operate it with the tools they already use.

Production runs on your platform's compute and shows up on your platform's bill. See how deploys work.
